Scott Fischer

Scott Fischer, RN, BSN, received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University in 1986.  He has had a variety of professional career and business experiences that include nursing administration, nursing education, business development, home health and mental health nursing.  Since 2000, his emphasis has been specific to the care and treatment of seniors, particularly in the area of seniors suffering with dementia.

He founded Fischer & Associates, Options for Senior Living, with his wife in 2003.

Jo-Ellen Fischer

Jo-Ellen Fischer, RN, BSN, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University in 1984.  Her professional career and business experiences include mental health nursing, staff training and development and business development activities.

She co-founded Fischer & Associates, Options for Senior Living, with her husband in 2003.

Gina Bennington

Gina joined our team in early 2007. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Accountancy. Gina has over 17 years experience in financial business and information systems, and has developed strong leadership, problem analysis, and team interaction skills. Gina has successfully combined this skill set with her compassion for people resulting in excellent customer service to our clients.

Sheila Puryear

Sheila joined our team late in 2007. She comes to us with 14 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Adult Care Home Manager. Sheila brings a wonderful blend of personal care-giving experience with her management skills to offer those families we serve. This intimate understanding of the needs of seniors will be a great asset to us and to you.
