Scott Fischer, BSN, earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University in 1986. He has had a variety of healthcare and business experiences in his 23+ years since graduation . He has spent his career dedicated to his profession of nursing, working for years in nursing administration, nursing education, mental health nursing and home health nursing. Since 2000, his sole focus has been on the care and service of seniors, particularly in the area of senior mental health with an emphasis on seniors suffering from dementia. His diverse skill set and varied experiences will be a tremendous benefit to you as you search for the right Phoenix assisted living facility or adult group home for your senior.

Jo-Ellen Fischer, BSN

Owner and co-founder
Jo-Ellen Fischer, BSN, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University in 1984. Her professional career and business experiences include mental health nursing, staff training and development and counseling. Jo-Ellen will share her gifts of compassion and insight as she provides guidance for you in your search the right assisted living facility or adult group home for your senior.
